# Widget

A widget is a small interactive interface embedded on websites or applications that facilitates real-time communication between users and chatbot (Nisa). It offers a convenient way for visitors to ask questions, seek assistance, or engage with the platform, enhancing user experience and providing immediate feedback.

## Setting Up Widget

To connect to Nisa widget, you just need to create a license. Follow these steps:

**Step 1.** Navigate to your Nisa dashboard and select **Deployments**.

**Step 2.** Click create and select **Widget**.

**Step 3.** Fill-up the form and click submit.

**Step 4.** Copy the script tag and paste it on your site.

Congratulations! You have successfully created a Nisa widget.
