Welcome to the features page of our Nisa documentation. Here, we will dive into the various components of our platform and show you how to use each one to amplify your productivity and decision-making. Let's get started.
1. Deployable Web Application
Our platform is incredibly easy to set up. All you need to do is download our Docker image and run the server. This hosts both your dashboard (used for indexing documents and managing integrations) and the chatbot application itself.
2. Dashboard
The dashboard serves as your control panel, allowing you to manage various aspects of our platform. It comprises several tabs each catering to different functionalities:
2.1 Documents Tab
In the 'Documents' tab, you can directly upload documents to be indexed by our platform. The indexed documents can then be referred to by the chatbot to provide contextually accurate responses.
2.2 Sources Tab
The 'Sources' tab is where you can connect various business tools including Jira, Confluence, Notion, Slack, GitHub, and more. To integrate, just add the OAuth credentials for each app. We take care of the rest. The sync process is automatic and can be scheduled according to your preference. You can also review the documents being indexed in real-time.
3. User Management
In the 'User Management' tab, you have control over the access to the dashboard and the chatbot application. You can add or remove users, ensuring that the right people have the necessary access to the tool.
4. Chatbot Application
Our chatbot application is the heart of our platform. Functioning similarly to ChatGPT, it offers a conversational interface that can answer questions, complete tasks, and provide insights based on the data indexed from your documents and integrations. The more data it has access to, the more informed and valuable its responses become.
